All registration fees are listed in Myanmar Kyats (MMK) including VAT as applicable.

Conference registration includes:

• Conference proceedings (electronic form)
• Access to all conference live sessions by zoom
• An opportunity to exchange with the speakers

Notes:

• Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one registration by one of its co-authors. Each registration can only cover one paper.
• Students must mail a proof of their student status (student ID or certificate, endorsed by the signature of a supervisor), "Sending student-ID for paperID_authorname" format in email subject, a PDF file during the registration process to ococosda2020@ucsy.edu.mm. Student registration will be valid only upon receipt of the proof of status.

IEEE Member

• Reduced registration fee for IEEE Member with valid proof for your IEEE membership numbers. We will use IEEE member verification file to check whether your IEEE member number is valid, if not, regular registration fee will be applied.
• To apply for IEEE membership or renew your membership, please visit IEEE webpage on Membership.

Payments

• Participants can pay the registration fee online by credit/debit card. After completing the conference registration form, online payment information will be received from registered email. Please contact ococosda2020@ucsy.edu.mm for bank transfer. If the payment is not successful, the registration will not be valid until full payment has been received.

Publicity Policy

• Each registrant grants Oriental COCOSDA 2020 and/or the conference organizers the right to photograph/videotape participants and to use such photographs/videos and names of attendees in materials and websites which either represent the proceedings of the conference or promote future conferences.

Liability

• With paid registration, the participant acknowledges that she/he has no right to lodge claims against the conference organizers should the meeting be altered, hindered, or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, unpredictable forces of nature, speaker cancellations or other unforeseeable events.

Refund Policy

• Notification of cancellation must be made in the form of a signed letter. The scanned copy of the letter has to be sent by email to ococosda2020@ucsy.edu.mm.
• Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 20^th October 2020, up to which date the total amount will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 20,000 MMK.
• No refunds of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after 20^th October 2020. The same applies for no-shows for any reasons.
